Getting to Romania - the Romanian Visa 
General information regarding the conditions of entry on the territory of Romania
.
The conference delegates are responsible to achieve entry visa to Romania. In the case of clandestine immigration or any ilegal activities, we cannot accept responsibility. Be aware that all the information given is liable to be transmitted to the Romanian Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
Important ! For the participants from countries which require visa for entry in Romania, please read the information on the website of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (how to obtain a visa, exceptions from need a visa - a visa valid U.S., Schengen ...) as well as the above information.

The organizers do not pay/submit letters of invitation/guarantee for the participants and do not obtain visas from the Ministry of Internal Affairs and the Romanian Office for Immigration.

1. By air  Bucharest: Henri Coanda Airport
Transfer Bucharest-Tulcea-Bucharest is free for participants and accompanying person. Transfer the participants and accompanying persons will be made ​​by bus. The program will be communicated later (our suggestion is to arrive in the first half of the day and departure be after lunch because the distance between Bucharest and Tulcea is 280 km).
The International Airport Bucharest Henri Coanda is situated 16.5 km from Bucharest. Regular and charter flights of Romanian air carriers (TAROM is the national airline) or the foreign airlines (Lufthansa, British Airways, Air France ...) connect Bucharest to the world`s major airports.

2. By train  International express trains connect the main central European capitals with Bucharest. The train can reach Tulcea by the routes: Bucharest-Medgidia-Tulcea and Constanta-Tulcea.

3. By car the journey is about 280 km and can be reached on the route: Bucharest-Urziceni-Slobozia-Harsova-Tulcea (DN22/E87). For those coming from Braila, buses/minibuses depart from Smardan village, and for those coming from Galati leave from IC Bratianu village (ferry crossing station).
