*Conference proceedings, refreshment during the breaks, lunch, dinner, transfer Bucharest-Tulcea-Bucharest (fee does not include bank charges)
**The fee for symposium’s materials: The fee for papers accepted for publishing and sending back of symposium’s materials to the authors who can not participate at the Symposium is 70,00 €.

All payments should be made in Euro (EUR) for foreign participants and in Lei (RON) for Romanian participants.

Cancellations made till August 1th, 2012. – will merit 100 % refund
Cancellations made after August 1th, 2012 – will not merit a refund
