Getting to Romania - the Romanian Visa
The conference delegates are responsible to achieve entry visa to Romania.
For visa application, an invitation letter may be asked. The invitation letter will be sent by email in PDF format exclusively. Sending us the following dates at email@example.com (Title; First name; Last name; Birth date: MM-DD-YYYY; University/ Company/ Institution; Address; Zip code; City; Country; Phone; Fax; E-mail; Passport no), you accept sole responsibility. In the case of clandestine immigration or any ilegal activities, we cannot accept responsibility. Be aware that all the information given is liable to be transmitted to the Romanian Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
For the participants from countries which require visa for entry in Romania, please read the information on the website of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (how to obtain a visa, exceptions from need a visa - a visa valid U.S., Schengen ...) as well as the above information. The organizers do not submit letters of guarantee for the participants and do not obtain visas from the Ministry of Internal Affairs and the Romanian Office for Immigration.
1. By air
Bucharest: Henri Coanda Airport
Transfer Bucharest Airport – Targoviste -Bucharest is free for participants. Transfer the participants persons will be made by bus. The program will be communicated later.
The International Airport Bucharest Henri Coanda is situated 16.5 km from Bucharest. Regular and charter flights of Romanian air carriers (TAROM is the national airline) or the foreign airlines (Lufthansa, British Airways, Air France ...) connect Bucharest to the world`s major airports.
2. By train
International express trains connect the main central European capitals with Bucharest. The train can reach Targoviste by the routes: Bucharest-Titu -Targoviste.
3. By car the journey is about 80 km and can be reached on the route: Bucharest-Racari-Targoviste.
